THE ELEPHANT

An online group for men ready to face what’s rarely talked about.

There’s an elephant in the room.

Many men carry unspoken struggles around sex, porn, and intimacy. We’re told to keep it private, power through, forget about it. The silence and isolation breed shame and disconnection.

The Elephant is a confidential, guided group experience for men who want to shift their relationship with sex and porn—through honesty, community, and embodied practice.

Who it’s For

This group is for

  • Men who feel stuck in patterns of porn use or sexual behavior that no longer serve them

  • Men who crave deeper intimacy and connection in their lives

  • Men who are ready to explore sexuality without shame or repression

  • Men who want to be part of a real, honest conversation with other men

Who it’s Not For

This group is NOT for

  • Men looking for quick fixes without willingness to reflect or engage.

  • Men unable or unwilling to respect group confidentiality and boundaries.

  • Men currently in acute crisis or active addiction without additional support.

  • Men who are not ready to sit with discomfort or be honest with themselves and others.

What to expect

Over six weeks, we’ll meet online in a safe, facilitated space. Each 90-minute session will include:

  • Guided embodiment + breath practices

  • Real conversations—structured and spontaneous

  • Reflection prompts and home practices to deepen the work between sessions

We focus on awareness, connection, and growth—not on fixing or moralizing. This is not a religious or abstinence-based program. It’s about choice, integrity, and wholeness.

FAQs

Is this group anti-porn or abstinence-based?

No. This group isn’t about shame or rigid rules. It’s about exploring your relationship to sex and porn with honesty and awareness, so you can make choices that truly serve you.

Do I have to share personal details in front of others?

You’ll never be forced to share anything you do not wish to share. We create a safe and respectful space. You get to choose your pace and honor your own boundaries. We will too.

Is this therapy?

No—this is not group therapy. It’s a facilitated personal growth group with elements of somatic coaching, embodiment, and peer support. If you’re in therapy, this group can be a great complement.

What if I can’t make all six sessions?

We encourage full participation to honor the group container. We ask that you commit to at least 4 out of the 6 sessions. Sessions are not recorded to protect confidentiality.

Is this anonymous?

While it’s not anonymous (you’ll be seen and known in the group), everything shared is confidential. What’s said in the group stays in the group.

Is this for straight, gay, or queer men?

All men are welcome, regardless of sexual orientation. This is a space for respect, honesty, and connection among men from all walks of life.
