FAQs

So, what will we actually be doing?

Session structure will vary based on what is most alive for us as a collective. Each session will likely include some combination of prompted discussion, mindfulness, peer mentorship, coaching, and embodiment practice (Yoga, Qigong, breathwork, etc).

What if I can’t make all the sessions?

A few absences is ok, but we want men willing and able to prioritize this group. We ask that you only commit to this group if you can make a minimum of 7/10 sessions.

So, what am I actually paying for?

What's the cost of not living up to your potential in this life? When you enroll in MOD, you are investing in an intentionally crafted process of self-discovery that will help you step into your life, community, and relationships in a deeper, more meaningful, and authentic way.

*If you show up to the minimum number of sessions and participate thoroughly but do not get your money’s worth, we’ll give you your money back!

Do you offer scholarship pricing?

We will be offering a scholarship to two participants on an application basis. Email us to inquire about this option.

How many men will there be in the group?

In service of depth, this group is capped at 14 men plus facilitators.

How do I know if this is a good fit for me?

Ultimately, that’s your call. We encourage you to feel into your intuition to gauge if you are ready for this process. If you’re on the fence and want to know more, reach out to us to set up a time to talk.

What are Erik & Davis’s qualifications?

Erik: 200-hr YTTC (Rishikul Yogshala), 100-hr Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training (Dharma Moon), master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Adams State). Currently apprenticing as a husband, father, and student of life.
