He founded Men of Depth in the Winter of 2022. Nurturing it (with a lot of help!) into the community it has become is among the greatest joys in this life.

Erik is a father, mindfulness guide, men's work facilitator, and mental health educator with a master's in clinical mental health counseling.

Guided by love, trust, and beauty, he is unceasingly curious about the human experience and has dedicated his time here to helping people make the most of this little miracle we call life
